Should I be present with my lawyer at the hearings?

In some cases where the defendant is represented in criminal cases, you may be required to attend the hearing with your lawyer, in line with the requests of the Court. However, as a rule, you do not have to attend the hearing with your lawyer. There is no harm in attending the hearing with your lawyer upon your request.
